We were using the upstairs room which is lovely and we were very warmly welcomed and looked after by the bartender downstairs. My only advice would be not to try to gain entry via the large windows but use the door which is off to one side!! Luckily the barman came out to help!! ”
“ Love, love, love this bar! It's tiny, so in pre-covid times it was often crowded & really warm, but there was something about the atmosphere which meant that made it even better. Now they've had to become very strict on numbers (5 tables downstairs & 6 upstairs) but managed to retain the quirkiness & friendliness that make it such a great place to have a drink. Oh, and the drinks menu is great - local beers, great wines & a good selection of spirits. ”
